Rise case managers are committed to ensuring the welfare of our community members. Trained to identify an individual’s or family’s unique needs, case managers help connect clients to a variety of resources—including but not limited to food, healthcare, legal advising, translation services, and emergency assistance.
Strengthening our communities begins with our youth. Rise is committed to raising the next generation of leaders and innovators by providing upcoming generations with the resources and enrichment necessary for their development. Several programs have been developed for this purpose, including the Youth Council, Rise Summer Camp, Financial Literacy Program, and more.
Having proper documentation is central to receiving social services, as well as registering children for school, applying for employment, and submitting contracts for housing. By appointment, our case managers are available to guide clients through the process of obtaining a Mercer County Area Community ID Card.
Rise recognizes that language barriers can pose a major challenge in several contexts, including finding resources when you are in need of help. To this end, we offer interpretation and translation services to help members of our community meet their needs.
Our case managers are specially trained to recognize the unique needs of families and help connect them with the right resources. Support comes in many forms, such as emergency assistance, resources for child care and parenting, and more.
Rise provides emergency assistance to members of the community. Reach out to one of our case managers if you are in need of help.
