Colecta de juguetes Rise 2022

¡Nos gustaría tomar un momento para agradecer a TODOS nuestros increíbles donantes y voluntarios que hicieron que el evento Holiday Gift del sábado pasado fuera un éxito!

¡Lo pasamos muy bien poniendo sonrisas en los rostros de más de 1,000 niños locales, muchos provenientes de Better Beginnings y Headstart, y sus padres y tutores! No podríamos haber hecho esto sin su apoyo y el apoyo de todas las increíbles organizaciones y voluntarios individuales que vinieron el sábado para ayudarnos a repartir todo, desde regalos hasta kits de higiene, pijamas y calcetines, mantas calientes, animales de peluche y ¡mucho más!

¡Papá Noel y algunos de sus duendes incluso aparecieron para ayudarnos a saludar a las familias y repartir los juguetes! De esto se trata esta temporada, y estamos muy orgullosos del trabajo que nuestro personal, voluntarios y socios han hecho para asegurarse de que todos en nuestra comunidad puedan tener una temporada festiva brillante y alegre llena de calidez, amabilidad y generosidad!

¡No es demasiado tarde para alegrar la temporada navideña de alguien este año! Todavía estamos recolectando donaciones de juguetes genéricos, tarjetas de regalo y donaciones monetarias para cumplir deseos de última hora.

Fill the exact holiday gift wish of a child or struggling family. That single, specially chosen gift lets them know that someone in the community is thinking of them.

For those who have sponsored a child – Please drop off Holiday Gifts at the First United Methodist Church located at 187 Stockton Street, Hightstown, NJ – Drop off dates and time: December 5th to December 8th, 8:30am to 8:00pm.

In 2021, community members provided over 1137 gifts to local children.  For our local families in need often there isn?t enough money to spend on gifts.  With your support, our community’s children will be able to celebrate a fulfilling and memorable holiday in 2022.

The holidays are synonymous with toys. It is a joyous time for most. But, for struggling families it is a time of stress and anxiety. Parents barely getting by still want their children to experience the joy and excitement of receiving the toys of their dreams. Thankfully, holiday toy drives help fill the need.
