(Virtual) Stress Management Strategies for Physical and Emotional Wellness

The holidays are a special time, but they can also initiate additional stress in our lives. In this webinar, Dr. Kristina McGuire, a clinical psychologist from Capital Health’s Behavior Health Specialists, will review how the body and mind react to stress and strategies to reduce its impact upon our physical and emotional health. She will also discuss the benefits of meditation and engage in a guided meditation exercise.
